Shipping and Delivery:
- Domestic Shipping: Kaeco offers shipping to your door anywhere in South Africa. Orders are shipped using The Courier Guy at a standard cost of R100 per order. For orders over R2000, shipping is free of charge.
- International Shipping: International shipping will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me to discuss shipping options and costs for international orders.
- Delivery Timeline: Once production has been completed and payment has been processed, your order will be handed over to the courier company. Please allow 4-5 business days for delivery within South Africa. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been handed over to the courier company for shipping, a tracking number will be provided to you. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected delivery date.
- Risk of Delivery: Please note that once the parcel has been handed over to the courier company for shipping, Kaeco no longer assumes the risk of delivery. While every precaution is taken to ensure that your order is securely packaged and delivered in a timely manner, Kaeco cannot be held responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. Should there be any issues with the courier of your parcel and it has got lost in transit, I will do my absolute best to assist you with finding your parcel. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee delivery of a parcel once handed over to the courier as the service of a third party courier company is out of my control.
- Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your full delivery address and contact details. I cannot be held liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
