Your satisfaction with your purchase from kaecohandcrafted.co.za is very important to me and I will do everything that I can to ensure you are happy with your order. However, please bare in mind that this is a small business. I have outlined policies below that make the most business sense for me, while still trying to make your shopping experience as effortless as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that I have a no cash refund policy. Instead, I will happily offer store credit. The store credit will be issued for the amount of the original purchase and can be used for future purchases and does not expire. Alternatively you can exchange your order for a different size. If you would like to exchange your order for a different style, you would need to pay any price difference. If your new style costs less than your original purchase, you will receive store credit for the balance.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, shoes must be unworn, have tags attached and be in the original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the package and the shipping costs of receiving the new order, if applicable.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom orders.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, I do not accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Incorrect or faulty items will be collected and repaired or replaced and returned to you at my own cost. Please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is incorrect or faulty. I will determine by my own judgement if the fault is due to normal wear and tear or another reason.
Repairs
I offer free repairs on damage due to wear and tear for 3 months after the delivery date. You will need to cover the cost of sending the items to me and the cost of shipping them back to you.
